Late Cancellation and No  Show policy

Things to know:

All classes allow for pre registration. Cancellation should be more than 2 hours before class start time to avoid a penalty.

Preregistration is required to reserve your spot in class.

Walking in does not guarantee a spot, especially during peak class times and popular classes. 

 

Our fees are as follows:

• Late Cancellation fee is $10 (this includes clients with membership plans)

• No-show fee is $20  (the cost of one drop-in and includes clients with membership plans)

• If you are on class-packs, forfeiture of one class out of your class packs. 

• If you purchased a drop-in, forfeiture of that class.

 

We start and end our classes on time - late arrivals are highly discouraged and you may not be able to get in because  we lock the studio doors at the start of class for safety.
